If you receive a pending notice from NTA, we do not have the
chain of custody as required by the Department of Transportation. Test results will not be
distributed until this document is on file at NTA. If you are audited, you must have a copy
of the test result in your possession. Please help us to help you by getting these documents
to us as soon as possible.
Sales
All special and/or large volume orders (500 kits or more)
are non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted by your NTA sales associate upon
request. If return orders are accepted, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Accounting
As of January 1, 2008, an $8.00 convenience fee will be charged on all credit card orders.
